Key Personnel

Michael Duster – Director

An Executive Director of the Oliver Hume Real Estate Group, Michael is a licensed estate agent who has over 27 years experience in the development industry and specialises in the identification and transaction of development opportunities for the group's extensive client base. Michael also has a diploma of Financial Services.

Michael is primarily responsible for overseeing development site transactions and embraces a hands on entrepreneurial approach.

Michael boasts an unprecedented and exceptional network of industry contacts spanning the development industry nationwide.

David Rogers – Director

David is a Certified Practicing Accountant with extensive expertise in the financial and real estate industries. He is past principal of Rogers & Co, a successful Melbourne-based accounting practice, and a former director of Oliver Hume Australia Pty Ltd, one of Australia’s largest residential real estate agencies.

David’s background in corporate structuring, taxation and legal matters underpins his role in structuring Synergy’s property development projects.

Stuart Rogers – Director

Stuart is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a director of Perpetual Accounting Services Pty Ltd, an independent accounting firm.

He has 15 years experience in the accounting and taxation industries, specialising in the property sector. Stuart provides structuring and taxation advice for Synergy projects, including matters relating to the Goods and Services Tax (GST). He also oversees matters of compliance within the company and its investments.
