One of our key objectives is to deliver exceptional financial returns for our investors from the development process. Synergy’s property developments generally range in duration from 15 to 36 months, adding substantial value in that time frame.

Investors benefit from Synergy's approach to fees. Our fee model has been designed to align Synergy's performance fee to development profits. Synergy only becomes entitled to a performance fee after provision for the return to investors of both their capital and their profit at the targeted return on investment. This approach ensures that we have a strong incentive to deliver the targeted investor return on each project, so that our interests are matched with your interests.

We manage the entire development and investment process on behalf of our investors and provide comprehensive quarterly reporting for the duration of the project.
